Cordova- Monitoring Herring in Prince William Sound 1973-2018 Presentation

ADF&G has conducted spring aerial surveys of herring spawn, and sampled age, sex and size of spring herring in Prince William Sound (PWS) for over 40 years. This talk will review ADF&G's ongoing long-term herring monitoring programs and explore historical trends in aerial survey observations and demographics of PWS herring.

Monitoring Herring in PWS 1973-2018: ADF&G’s long-term aerial milt surveys and age, sex, and size sampling will be presented by Stormy Haught of ADF&G, at 7pm on the 3rd floor of the USFS building.
