Calling all wildlife photographers: our Wildlife Calendar Contest is live! Thirteen winning photos will be featured in our 2025 Wildlife Calendar. Each month will feature wildlife from Alaska with a description of the photographer and the scene. Submit up to 5 wildlife photos to chelsey@akwildlife.org by midnight September 30th. The public will then vote by “liking” their favorite photos on AWA’s Facebook page to determine the finalists! Voting for the finalist photos closes at 5pm AK on October 10th. Alaska Wildlife Alliance (AWA) staff will then vote on their favorite finalists considering photo quality, creativity, diversity of wildlife, and humor. Winners will be announced on October 15th.

Winners get two free calendars and the opportunity to share their wonderful photographs with the world! AWA uses the calendar sales to raise money for our work protecting Alaska’s wildlife and to thank our members. You will be a part of ensuring Alaska’s wildlife continues to run wild.
