1. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I agree to observe and obey all rules, including oral instructions given by the Alaska Wildlife Alliance, or the employees, representatives or agents of the Alaska Wildlife Alliance while participating in wildlife viewing activities organized by or sponsored by the Alaska Wildlife Alliance. 2. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with wildlife viewing. These risks include things such as severe injury and death caused by bears, moose and wolves, falling off cliffs, drowning, and hypothermia. I further recognize that individuals trained in emergency medical care will not be supplied by the Alaska Wildlife Alliance and that medical emergencies may occur when we are distant from people able to provide professional medical care, and that mistakes may be made in providing me with emergency care. Notwithstanding all of these risks, I assume full responsibility for personal injury, death, or other loss to myself; and I FULLY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE the Alaska Wildlife Alliance, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims for injury, loss or damage, arising out of my participation in wildlife viewing activities organized or sponsored by the Alaska Wildlife Alliance regardless of whether caused by the Alaska Wildlife Alliance, its officers, directors, employees and agents, or third parties. 3. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and defend the Alaska Wildlife Alliance, its officers, directors, agents and employees from and against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees, which may in any way arise from my participation wildlife viewing activities organized or sponsored by the Alaska Wildlife Alliance. 4. ACTIVITIES OCCURRING BEFORE AND AFTER WILDLIFE VIEWING. I acknowledge that although the Alaska Wildlife Alliance may facilitate car pooling or other transportation to and from wildlife viewing activities, I remain fully responsible for all arrangements to and from wildlife viewing activities. I further acknowledge that although I may join other participants at a brewery, restaurant or bar serving alcoholic beverages after participating in wildlife viewing activities, the Alaska Wildlife Alliance is not responsible in any way, whatsoever, for my decision to join or not join other participants at a brewery, restaurant, or bar after wildlife viewing. For these reasons, I fully release the Alaska Wildlife Alliance, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims arising out of transportation to and from wildlife viewing activities, and from claims arising out of joining other participants at a brewery, restaurant or bar following wildlife viewing activities. 5. FEES. I agree indemnify and hold the Alaska Wildlife Alliance, its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from, and to pay for all losses to them by my negligent, reckless, or willful actions. 6. APPLICABLE LAW. I agree that any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in wildlife viewing activities shall be resolved under Alaska law.

7. MINOR CHILDREN.

If you will be accompanied by one or more minors, you must list the names of all minors who will accompany you. The parent or authorized guardian of all minors participating in wildlife viewing activities organized or sponsored by the Alaska Wildlife Alliance must execute this Release of Liability in order for any minor to participate. If you are the parent or authorized guardian or one or more minors who will accompany you, please provide the name of the minor or minors, the date(s) of birth, and confirm that you are the parent or authorized guardian.]
