Belugapalooza

We are excited to hear Alaska Wildlife Alliance’s own Deputy Director and resident Cook Inlet beluga whale expert, Mandy Migura, give a talk about threats to Cook Inlet beluga whales during this week’s Belugapalooza! This will be a virtual event hosted Wednesday May 18 through Friday May 20, from 4:30-5:30pm (AK) by Defenders of Wildlife, Beluga Whale Alliance, and Cook Inletkeeper.

Join us as we kick this year's event with a “state of the Cook Inlet Beluga” presentation given by Jill Seymour, the Cook Inlet Beluga Recovery Coordinator at NOAA Fisheries. Then stick around for Beluga trivia hosted by Defenders of Wildlife college activists!
