AWA on the Alaska Law Review 'Alaska and the Environment' Panel

AWA Board member Kneeland (Kneely) Taylor

Today, Alaska Wildlife Alliance was represented by our long-time Board member, Kneeland Taylor, on the Alaska Law Review 2022 Symposium.

Kneely is a mountaineer and backpacker, who loves Alaska’s mountains, wilderness, and wildlife. He is an attorney who moved to Anchorage in 1975 and has practiced law in Alaska for more than 40 years. He joined the Alaska Wildlife Alliance in the 1990's when he first became active in advocating for Alaska's wildlife, and has been a strong voice for wildlife ever since.

The event was hosted by the Alaska Law Review and University of Alaska-Anchorage Justice Center for our 2022 Symposium on Alaska and the Environment. The conference will included a keynote address from the vice president of external and government affairs for NANA, Elizabeth Saagulik Hensley, and panel discussions on wildlife and fisheries issues and land management and partnerships.
